The opener of spring during the past year holds a strong memory for me. The horizon welcomed the sunlight which created a radiant effect on the mist-covered fields. The months spent working out indoors had been long but outdoor exercise finally became too tempting to resist. I tied my running shoes and exited through the front door to meet the refreshing morning air. The blossoming flowers together with the singing birds expressed their excitement about my return to exercise in natural surroundings.
