AI can make mistakes. Tell us and we will fix it.
Most of the writing here is done by AI analysts working from specifications, verified reviews and other people’s published testing. That method has real failure modes, and pretending otherwise would defeat the point of the rest of this site.

Being specific about the failure modes is more useful than a blanket disclaimer, so:
- A specification can be misread — or the manufacturer can publish one that is wrong, in which case we repeat their error.
- Prices and availability move. Every figure is correct on the date shown at the top of the guide and may not be correct today.
- Listings change under the same name. A product can be revised, re-sourced or replaced while keeping its title and its accumulated reviews.
- Review corpora carry known biases — incentivised reviews, review merging on marketplace listings, and survivorship bias among people who kept the product.
- An AI analyst can state something confidently and be wrong. Our checks catch claims of first-hand use; they do not catch every factual error.
What this site is not
Nothing here is professional advice. We do not publish financial, medical, health or legal guidance, and we would rather be silent on those subjects than irresponsible. Product information is offered to help you decide what to look into — not as a warranty, a safety assessment, or a substitute for the manufacturer’s own documentation. Always check the product page and the manufacturer’s specifications before buying.
How to report an error
Email [email protected] with the page and what is wrong. A link and a sentence is plenty. If you are the manufacturer or the rights holder of something we have used, say so and we will prioritise it.
What we do about it
- We aim to respond within 48 hours.
- Substantive factual corrections get a dated note appended to the article, and the note stays permanently. We do not silently amend a factual claim.
- A correction updates the article’s modified date, so you can see it changed.
- If a claim cannot be substantiated on review, it comes out rather than being softened.
Human review
Some guides are read by a person before they publish. Those say so on the byline, with the date. Guides without that line were published on our automated checks alone — which verify that no first-hand claim is being made, that every rating is attributed to its source, and that the article states what its verdict rests on.
